International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kultivated Hair Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Refunds

At Kultivated Hair Care, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of our personal care items, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products for all of our customers.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the product or allergic reactions.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily replace the item or provide store credit upon verification of the issue. Please provide photos of the damage and your order number when reaching out.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kultivated Hair Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure that you provide a safe and secure delivery address when placing your order.
